At BluePrint Engines, we stand behind our high-performance builds and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a component or engine, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Ship your return via a tracked carrier or coordinate a freight pickup for large crate engines as instructed by our support specialists.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for integrity, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
